We, “DeployClick”, respect your privacy and is dedicated to protecting the Personal Data it collects.     DeployClick provides cloud-based solutions, including web building platform, domain name registration and related products and services, to businesses, individuals, non-profit organizations and others. We are able to provide a variety and range of products and services to help customers with their technology needs.
    The information that we collect in connection with the Services is hosted on servers located in India unless otherwise provided. Your data may be processed or accessed outside of the European Economic Area countries by us or our service providers. By using the Services, you freely and expressly give us your consent to export your information and data outside of the European Economic Area.
  2. What information do we collect?
    Personal Information. The personal information we collect depends on the type of service, support, or sales inquiry, and may include your name, address, telephone number, fax number and email address, IP address, domain name, dates of service provided, types of service provided, payment history, manner of payment, amount of payments, date of payments, credit card or other payment information. The financial information will only be used to bill you for the products and services you purchased. If you purchase by credit card or UPI, this information may be forwarded to your credit card or UPI ID provider.
    Cookies and Tracking. We may use cookies to compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interactions in order to offer better site experiences and tools in the future.     For Payment Information. DeployClick may ask Account holders to enter credit card or account information in order to process orders for Services. Financial information provided via our website is transferred to a DeployClick Third Party Service Provider for payment processing. This information may be encrypted and stored for logging purposes by DeployClick and our Third Party Service Provider. Credit card numbers or UPI IDs or Bank account details are used by DeployClick Third Party Service Provider only for processing payments and are not used for any other purposes.
    For Use Information. DeployClick use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer our site and servers, track access, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information. However, it is possible that personal information about a customer may be included in the log files due to the normal functions of IP addresses and Web browsing. DeployClick analyses website use information to measure interest in and develop its web pages and marketing plans, customize the content you view on your web visits based on your activity during past visits, and administer DeployClick's website.
    For Support Information. DeployClick uses information that you provide to it via telephone calls, chat, email, web forms, and other communications to correspond with you about services you may be interested in purchasing. The Domain Name Registration Information you provide is hosted by a third party service provider and is made available to the public through WHOIS searches. At times, customers may receive solicitations that result from searches of the publicly available WHOIS database by other companies or individuals. Any such solicitations or SPAM do not come from us and we do not control the use of WHOIS information by third parties.

If the business entity is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a material portion of its assets, change in corporate control, or insolvency or bankruptcy proceedings, you will be notified via email or a prominent notice will be placed on the website of any such change in ownership or use of your personal information as well as any choices you may have regarding your personal information.

    Correcting/Updating Personal Information. Your control access to Personal Data maintained or stored by you via DeployClick's web-based interface for account management. You may update your information at any time. You may cancel your account at any time and may request that your personal information be deleted from DeployClick's databases, with the exception of: network access logs, which may be stored for any duration of time at DeployClick's discretion; cases where financially fraudulent or otherwise illegal activity is deemed to have occurred; or cases where a violation of the Terms of Service has resulted in cancellation of your account, in which case personal information may be retained indefinitely for purposes of prevention of further use of DeployClick's services in the future by the offending individual. In addition, we will take reasonable steps to correct, amend, or delete information that is demonstrated by you to be inaccurate, incomplete, or processed in violation of applicable law. Unless required by law, DeployClick will not permit you to access the Personal Data of any Data Subject other than yourself.
  7. Sensitive Information.
    DeployClick will not intentionally collect or maintain, and requests that you do not provide, any information regarding your medical or health condition, race or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or other sensitive information. If you host any material or information that is sensitive and/or subject to the Graham-Leach Bailey Act, the Health Information Privacy Portability and Accountability Act, or any other law or regulation, such information and compliance with applicable privacy laws, remains solely your responsibility. DeployClick is not responsible for any sensitive information stored by you on our systems.
  8. Visitor Information.
    Our website is scanned on a regular basis for security holes and known vulnerabilities in order to make your visit to our site as safe as possible. We use regular Malware Scanning. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL).
    We implement a variety of security measures when a user enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information. All financial transactions are processed through a payment gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.

    The services are not designed for or directed to children under thirteen (13) years of age and DeployClick will not intentionally collect or maintain information about anyone under thirteen (13) years of age.

    You bear sole responsibility for maintaining the security of the deployment environments maintained under your Account(s). You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with any and all applicable privacy guidelines and regulations for all jurisdictions in which you may operate with respect to appropriate practices for the collection, storage, and dissemination of personal information using your environments. In no event shall DeployClick be held liable for your failure to adopt and/or practice appropriate measures for safeguarding personal information stored within or transmitted through your environments.
  13. Changes to this Policy.
    DeployClick reserve the right to revise, amend, or modify this Privacy Policy at any time and in any manner at DeployClick's sole and absolute discretion. Any amendments herein shall be effective within fourteen (14) days of being posted by DeployClick or by your continued use of the Services, whichever later.
