We, “DeployClick”, respect your privacy and is dedicated to protecting the Personal Data it collects.    DeployClick provides cloud-based solutions, including web building platform, domain name registration and related products and services, to businesses, individuals, non-profit organizations and others. We are able to provide a variety and range of products and services to help customers with their technology needs.
   The information that we collect in connection with the Services is hosted on servers located in India unless otherwise provided. Your data may be processed or accessed outside of the European Economic Area countries by us or our service providers. By using the Services, you freely and expressly give us your consent to export your information and data outside of the European Economic Area.
2. What information do we collect?
   
   Personal Information. The personal information we collect depends on the type of service, support, or sales inquiry, and may include your name, address, telephone number, fax number and email address, IP address, domain name, dates of service provided, types of service provided, payment history, manner of payment, amount of payments, date of payments, credit card or other payment information. The financial information will only be used to bill you for the products and services you purchased. If you purchase by credit card or UPI, this information may be forwarded to your credit card or UPI ID provider.
   Cookies and Tracking. We may use cookies to compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interactions in order to offer better site experiences and tools in the future. We may also use trusted third party services that track this information on our behalf. They are also used to help us understand your preferences based on previous or current site activity, which enables us to provide you with improved services. We may also use a third party service provider to send emails that you have agreed to receive.    We collect information when you register on our site or sign up for add-ons, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey, use payment gateway or enter information on our platform.
4. How do we use your information?
   
   For Customers. DeployClick may use Personal Data to process your service requests, handle orders, deliver products and services, process payments, communicate with you about orders, and to enable DeployClick to review, develop, and continually improve the products, services, and offers that it provides. DeployClick also uses this information to prevent or detect fraud or abuses of DeployClick's website and to enable third parties to carry out technical, logistical, or other functions on its behalf.
   For Payment Information. DeployClick may ask Account holders to enter credit card or account information in order to process orders for Services. Financial information provided via our website is transferred to a DeployClick Third Party Service Provider for payment processing. This information may be encrypted and stored for logging purposes by DeployClick and our Third Party Service Provider. Credit card numbers or UPI IDs or Bank account details are used by DeployClick Third Party Service Provider only for processing payments and are not used for any other purposes.
   For Use Information. DeployClick use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer our site and servers, track access, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information. However, it is possible that personal information about a customer may be included in the log files due to the normal functions of IP addresses and Web browsing. DeployClick analyses website use information to measure interest in and develop its web pages and marketing plans, customize the content you view on your web visits based on your activity during past visits, and administer DeployClick's website.
   For Support Information. DeployClick uses information that you provide to it via telephone calls, chat, email, web forms, and other communications to correspond with you about services you may be interested in purchasing. If you elect to purchase a service online using a web form, DeployClick will use the information to establish your account. Information you submit in writing, such as chat, email, and web form information is archived and may be tied to information that DeployClick collects about your web visits. Your telephone calls may be recorded for training and operational purposes.
5. Disclosure to Regulatory Agencies and other Third Parties.
   
   Service Providers. DeployClick may transfer (or otherwise make available) your personal information to third parties that help us provide our services or provide services on our behalf. For example, we may use service providers to authorize and process payments, administer surveys, or run promotions. Our service providers are given the information they need to perform their designated functions, and we do not authorize them to use or disclose personal information for their own marketing or other purposes.
   Domain Registration. In certain jurisdictions or pursuant to the rules of the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (“ICANN”) or certain registries, the contact information you provide to register a domain name (“Domain Name Registration Information”) has to be made available and accessible to the public through a “WHOIS” search. The WHOIS database is a publicly accessible database that lists the Domain Name Registration Information for a particular domain name, the name server(s) to which the domain name points, and the domain name’s creation and expiration date. The Domain Name Registration Information you provide is hosted by a third party service provider and is made available to the public through WHOIS searches. At times, customers may receive solicitations that result from searches of the publicly available WHOIS database by other companies or individuals. Any such solicitations or SPAM do not come from us and we do not control the use of WHOIS information by third parties.
   Sale of Business. If the business entity is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a material portion of its assets, change in corporate control, or insolvency or bankruptcy proceedings, you will be notified via email or a prominent notice will be placed on the website of any such change in ownership or use of your personal information as well as any choices you may have regarding your personal information.
   Legal and Compliance Reasons. DeployClick transfers Personal Data to third parties, including without limitation, law enforcement agencies and consumer reporting agencies, in the normal course of business, subject to service of lawful process or your written consent. If you breach the Terms of Service, or if DeployClick is under a duty to disclose your Personal Data in order to comply with any legal obligation, DeployClick may disclose your information to the relevant authority. Disclosure may include, but is not limited to, exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of regulatory auditing, fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
6. Access to Personal Data.
   
   Correcting/Updating Personal Information. Your control access to Personal Data maintained or stored by you via DeployClick's web-based interface for account management. You may update your information at any time. You may cancel your account at any time and may request that your personal information be deleted from DeployClick's databases, with the exception of: network access logs, which may be stored for any duration of time at DeployClick's discretion; cases where financially fraudulent or otherwise illegal activity is deemed to have occurred; or cases where a violation of the Terms of Service has resulted in cancellation of your account, in which case personal information may be retained indefinitely for purposes of prevention of further use of DeployClick's services in the future by the offending individual. In addition, we will take reasonable steps to correct, amend, or delete information that is demonstrated by you to be inaccurate, incomplete, or processed in violation of applicable law. Unless required by law, DeployClick will not permit you to access the Personal Data of any Data Subject other than yourself.
7. Sensitive Information.
   
   DeployClick will not intentionally collect or maintain, and requests that you do not provide, any information regarding your medical or health condition, race or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or other sensitive information. If you host any material or information that is sensitive and/or subject to the Graham-Leach Bailey Act, the Health Information Privacy Portability and Accountability Act, or any other law or regulation, such information and compliance with applicable privacy laws, remains solely your responsibility. DeployClick is not responsible for any sensitive information stored by you on our systems.
8. Visitor Information.
   
   Our website is scanned on a regular basis for security holes and known vulnerabilities in order to make your visit to our site as safe as possible. We use regular Malware Scanning. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL).
   We implement a variety of security measures when a user enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information. All financial transactions are processed through a payment gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.
9. Children's Online Privacy Protection.
   
   The services are not designed for or directed to children under thirteen (13) years of age and DeployClick will not intentionally collect or maintain information about anyone under thirteen (13) years of age.
10. CAN SPAM Act.
    
    The CAN-SPAM Act is a law that sets the rules for commercial email, establishes requirements for commercial messages, gives recipients the right to have emails stopped from being sent to them, and spells out tough penalties for violations.

11. Fair Information Practices.
    
    The Fair Information Practices Principles form the backbone of privacy law in India and the concepts they include have played a significant role in the development of data protection laws around the globe. Understanding the Fair Information Practice Principles and how they should be implemented is critical to comply with the various privacy laws that protect personal information.
    In order to be in line with Fair Information Practices we will take the following responsive action, should a data breach occur, we will notify the users via

    • email within 30 business days.
    • in site notification within 7 business days.
    DeployClick also agrees to the individual redress principle, which requires that individuals have a right to pursue legally enforceable rights against data collectors and processors who fail to adhere to the law. This principle requires not only that individuals have enforceable rights against data users, but also that individuals have recourse to courts or a government agency to investigate and/or prosecute non-compliance by data processors.
12. Unmanaged Service.
    
    You bear sole responsibility for maintaining the security of the deployment environments maintained under your Account(s). You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with any and all applicable privacy guidelines and regulations for all jurisdictions in which you may operate with respect to appropriate practices for the collection, storage, and dissemination of personal information using your environments. In no event shall DeployClick be held liable for your failure to adopt and/or practice appropriate measures for safeguarding personal information stored within or transmitted through your environments.
13. Changes to this Policy.
    
    DeployClick reserve the right to revise, amend, or modify this Privacy Policy at any time and in any manner at DeployClick's sole and absolute discretion. Any amendments herein shall be effective within fourteen (14) days of being posted by DeployClick or by your continued use of the Services, whichever later. We encourage you to periodically review this page for the latest information on our privacy practices.

    DeployClick utilizes the self-assessment approach to assure its compliance with its Privacy Policy. DeployClick conducts its self-assessment on an annual basis to ensure that all relevant privacy practices are being followed. Appropriate employee training is in place and internal procedures for periodically conducting objective reviews of compliance are in place.
