    ZN30 Software provides cloud-based solutions, including web deployment platform, domain name registration and related products and services, to businesses, individuals, non-profit organizations and others. We are able to provide a variety and range of products and services to help customers with their technology needs.
    The information that we collect in connection with the Services is hosted on servers located in India unless otherwise provided. Your data may be processed or accessed outside of the European Economic Area countries by us or our service providers. By using the Services, you freely and expressly give us your consent to export your information and data outside of the European Economic Area.
  2. What information do we collect?
    Personal Information. The personal information we collect depends on the type of service, support, or sales inquiry, and may include your name, address, telephone number, fax number and email address, IP address, domain name, dates of service provided, types of service provided, payment history, manner of payment, amount of payments, date of payments, credit card or other payment information. The financial information will only be used to bill you for the products and services you purchased. If you purchase by credit card or UPI, this information may be forwarded to your credit card or UPI ID provider.
    Cookies and Tracking. We may use cookies to compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interactions in order to offer better site experiences and tools in the future. We may also use trusted third party services that track this information on our behalf. They are also used to help us understand your preferences based on previous or current site activity, which enables us to provide you with improved services.     We collect information when you register on our site or sign up for add-ons, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey, use payment gateway or enter information on our platform.
  4. How do we use your information?
    For Customers. ZN30 Software may use Personal Data to process your service requests, handle orders, deliver products and services, process payments, communicate with you about orders, and to enable ZN30 Software to review, develop, and continually improve the products, services, and offers that it provides. ZN30 Software also uses this information to prevent or detect fraud or abuses of ZN30 Software's website and to enable third parties to carry out technical, logistical, or other functions on its behalf.
    For Payment Information. ZN30 Software may ask Account holders to enter credit card or account information in order to process orders for Services. Financial information provided via our website is transferred to a ZN30 Software Third Party Service Provider for payment processing. This information may be encrypted and stored for logging purposes by ZN30 Software and our Third Party Service Provider. Credit card numbers or UPI IDs or Bank account details are used by ZN30 Software Third Party Service Provider only for processing payments and are not used for any other purposes.
    For Use Information. ZN30 Software use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer our site and servers, track access, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information. However, it is possible that personal information about a customer may be included in the log files due to the normal functions of IP addresses and Web browsing. ZN30 Software analyses website use information to measure interest in and develop its web pages and marketing plans, customize the content you view on your web visits based on your activity during past visits, and administer ZN30 Software's website.
    For Support Information. ZN30 Software uses information that you provide to it via telephone calls, chat, email, web forms, and other communications to correspond with you about services you may be interested in purchasing. If you elect to purchase a service online using a web form, ZN30 Software will use the information to establish your account. Information you submit in writing, such as chat, email, and web form information is archived and may be tied to information that ZN30 Software collects about your web visits. Your telephone calls may be recorded for training and operational purposes.

    Service Providers. ZN30 Software may transfer (or otherwise make available) your personal information to third parties that help us provide our services or provide services on our behalf.     Domain Registration. In certain jurisdictions or pursuant to the rules of the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (“ICANN”) or certain registries, the contact information you provide to register a domain name (“Domain Name Registration Information”) has to be made available and accessible to the public through a “WHOIS” search. The WHOIS database is a publicly accessible database that lists the Domain Name Registration Information for a particular domain name, the name server(s) to which the domain name points, and the domain name’s creation and expiration date. The Domain Name Registration Information you provide is hosted by a third party service provider and is made available to the public through WHOIS searches. At times, customers may receive solicitations that result from searches of the publicly available WHOIS database by other companies or individuals. Any such solicitations or SPAM do not come from us and we do not control the use of WHOIS information by third parties.
    Sale of Business. If the business entity is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a material portion of its assets, change in corporate control, or insolvency or bankruptcy proceedings, you will be notified via email or a prominent notice will be placed on the website of any such change in ownership or use of your personal information as well as any choices you may have regarding your personal information.
    Legal and Compliance Reasons. ZN30 Software transfers Personal Data to third parties, including without limitation, law enforcement agencies and consumer reporting agencies, in the normal course of business, subject to service of lawful process or your written consent. If you breach the Terms of Service, or if ZN30 Software is under a duty to disclose your Personal Data in order to comply with any legal obligation, ZN30 Software may disclose your information to the relevant authority. Disclosure may include, but is not limited to, exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of regulatory auditing, fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

    Correcting/Updating Personal Information. Your control access to Personal Data maintained or stored by you via ZN30 Software's web-based interface for account management. You may update your information at any time. You may cancel your account at any time and may request that your personal information be deleted from ZN30 Software's databases, with the exception of: network access logs, which may be stored for any duration of time at ZN30 Software's discretion; cases where financially fraudulent or otherwise illegal activity is deemed to have occurred; or cases where a violation of the Terms of Service has resulted in cancellation of your account, in which case personal information may be retained indefinitely for purposes of prevention of further use of ZN30 Software's services in the future by the offending individual. In addition, we will take reasonable steps to correct, amend, or delete information that is demonstrated by you to be inaccurate, incomplete, or processed in violation of applicable law. Unless required by law, ZN30 Software will not permit you to access the Personal Data of any Data Subject other than yourself.
  7. Sensitive Information.
    ZN30 Software will not intentionally collect or maintain, and requests that you do not provide, any information regarding your medical or health condition, race or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or other sensitive information. If you host any material or information that is sensitive and/or subject to the Graham-Leach Bailey Act, the Health Information Privacy Portability and Accountability Act, or any other law or regulation, such information and compliance with applicable privacy laws, remains solely your responsibility. ZN30 Software is not responsible for any sensitive information stored by you on our systems.
  8. Visitor Information.
    Our website is scanned on a regular basis for security holes and known vulnerabilities in order to make your visit to our site as safe as possible. We use regular Malware Scanning. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL).
    We implement a variety of security measures when a user enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information. All financial transactions are processed through a payment gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.
  9. Children's Online Privacy Protection.
    The services are not designed for or directed to children under thirteen (13) years of age and ZN30 Software will not intentionally collect or maintain information about anyone under thirteen (13) years of age.
  10. CAN SPAM Act.
    The CAN-SPAM Act is a law that sets the rules for commercial email, establishes requirements for commercial messages, gives recipients the right to have emails stopped from being sent to them, and spells out tough penalties for violations.

  12. Unmanaged Service.
    You bear sole responsibility for maintaining the security of the deployment environments maintained under your Account(s). You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with any and all applicable privacy guidelines and regulations for all jurisdictions in which you may operate with respect to appropriate practices for the collection, storage, and dissemination of personal information using your environments. In no event shall ZN30 Software be held liable for your failure to adopt and/or practice appropriate measures for safeguarding personal information stored within or transmitted through your environments.
  13. Changes to this Policy.
    ZN30 Software reserve the right to revise, amend, or modify this Privacy Policy at any time and in any manner at ZN30 Software's sole and absolute discretion. Any amendments herein shall be effective within fourteen (14) days of being posted by ZN30 Software or by your continued use of the Services, whichever later.
