For Customers. DeployClick may use Personal Data to process

about orders, and to enable DeployClick to review, develop, and continually improve the products, services,

For Payment Information. DeployClick may ask Account holders
to enter credit card or account information in order to process orders for Services. Financial information
provided via our website is transferred to a DeployClick Third Party Service Provider for payment processing.
This information may be encrypted and stored for logging purposes by DeployClick and our Third Party Service
Provider. Credit card numbers or UPI IDs or Bank account details are used by DeployClick Third Party Service
Provider only for processing payments and are not used for any other purposes.
For Use Information. DeployClick use IP addresses to analyze
trends, administer our site and servers, track access, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate
use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information. However, it is possible that personal
information about a customer may be included in the log files due to the normal functions of IP addresses and

marketing plans, customize the content you view on your web visits based on your activity during past visits,
and administer DeployClick's website.
For Support Information. DeployClick uses information that

At times, customers may receive solicitations that result from searches of the publicly available WHOIS database
by other companies or individuals. Any such solicitations or SPAM do not come from us and we do not control the
use of WHOIS information by third parties.
Sale of Business. If the business entity is involved in a merger,
acquisition, or sale of all or a material portion of its assets, change in corporate control, or insolvency or

any legal obligation, DeployClick may disclose your information to the relevant authority. Disclosure may include,

auditing, fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

Correcting/Updating Personal Information. Your control access to
Personal Data maintained or stored by you via DeployClick's web-based interface for account management. You may
update your information at any time. You may cancel your account at any time and may request that your personal
information be deleted from DeployClick's databases, with the exception of: network access logs, which may be
stored for any duration of time at DeployClick's discretion; cases where financially fraudulent or otherwise
illegal activity is deemed to have occurred; or cases where a violation of the Terms of Service has resulted in
cancellation of your account, in which case personal information may be retained indefinitely for purposes of
prevention of further use of DeployClick's services in the future by the offending individual. In addition, we
will take reasonable steps to correct, amend, or delete information that is demonstrated by you to be inaccurate,
incomplete, or processed in violation of applicable law. Unless required by law, DeployClick will not permit you
to access the Personal Data of any Data Subject other than yourself.
- Sensitive Information.
DeployClick will not intentionally collect or maintain, and requests that you do not provide,
any information regarding your medical or health condition, race or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious
or philosophical beliefs, or other sensitive information. If you host any material or information that is sensitive
and/or subject to the Graham-Leach Bailey Act, the Health Information Privacy Portability and Accountability Act,
or any other law or regulation, such information and compliance with applicable privacy laws, remains solely your
responsibility. DeployClick is not responsible for any sensitive information stored by you on our systems.
- Visitor Information.
Our website is scanned on a regular basis for security holes and known vulnerabilities in
order to make your visit to our site as safe as possible. We use regular Malware Scanning. Your personal
information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who
have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition,
all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL).

In no event shall DeployClick be held liable for your failure to adopt and/or practice appropriate measures
for safeguarding personal information stored within or transmitted through your environments.
